Our chefs are dedicated to the well-being of children and work aggressively to create meals using the same ingredients in a variety of creative ways that meet the requirements of the Texas Department of Agriculture. This allows us to make tasty meals that are cost effective and “kid friendly”, ensuring that food will not go to waste.
All of our meals are prepared fresh daily and contain all of the components necessary to ensure children are provided nutritious and healthy meals. We deliver all meals at safety-mandated temperatures, using commercially approved vans, and include all eating utensils including plates and disposable utensils, to our on-site managers who are certified food handlers and serve meals to children in the proper portions.
